Healthy Ice Pops

Directions:
Makes about 9-12 pops.
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 600g package of frozen fruit, your choice… we used mango, strawberry, raspberry, cherry
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all items in a blender.
- Pour into popsicle molds or little paper cups.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes, place popsicle sticks into the centre of each pop.
- Freeze for several hours.
- Wait (it's gonna be hard to wait.)
- Remove pops from mold by running under room-temperature water for about 15 seconds, then gently twist and turn.
