Healthy Ice Pops Recipe

Directions:

Makes about 9-12 pops.


Ingredients:

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 600g package of frozen fruit, your choice… we used mango, strawberry, raspberry, cherry
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all items in a blender.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds or little paper cups.
  3. Freeze for about 30 minutes, place popsicle sticks into centre of each pop.
  4. Freeze for several hours.
  5. Wait (it's gonna be hard to wait.)
  6. Remove pops from mold by running under room-temperature water for about 15 seconds, then gently twist and turn.
