Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp real salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 c of total mix-ins of your choice, like, dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut, chopped nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts), seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, chia), dried berries

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F

2. Blend all ingredients well

3. Drop a spoonful onto a greased or parchment paper-lined pan

4. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown

5. Store in the refrigerator for 5 days, or in the freezer for 1-2 months
