Your First Visit to Our Office in London

When you first come into our office, we’ll have you fill out some paperwork to give us a full picture of your needs. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Janna for:

• A discussion of your health history
• A physical examination
• X-rays are taken in-office, as needed

During your exam, Dr. Janna will use the most up-to-date equipment to evaluate your condition and ensure that you have the most thorough care possible. Your first visit should last about 45 minutes.

Your Second Visit

Your next appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible. On this visit, Dr. Janna will review her findings from your individual examination and evaluation. Then, you and Dr. Janna will discuss and decide on a care plan.

Follow-Up Visits

We will work together to develop a schedule of follow up visits that will best meet your wellness goals. In order to receive the full benefits of chiropractic care, regular visits are recommended. It’s like going to the gym or eating right: it’s great to do it a couple of times but to see lasting results it needs to be a regular part of your life.

Your follow up visits will not be as lengthy as your initial visits. A Gonstead examination will be performed during each visit, and adjustments will be delivered as needed. We recognize your time is valuable, and we do everything possible to run on time and make your visits efficient.
